1. Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our service with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your subscription to Locations on a Map, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase
- Only applies to your first subscription purchase
- Refunds are processed for the full amount of your purchase
- Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for refunds
- Enterprise or custom plans may have different refund terms
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Email us at matti@locationsonamap.com with your account details
- Include "Refund Request" in your email subject line
- Provide the email address associated with your account
- Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Your account access will be terminated upon refund completion
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note:
- Cancellations after the 14-day period will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription
- You can continue using the service until the end of your paid period
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect:
- Abuse of the refund policy
- Multiple refund requests from the same customer
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
