We stand behind our service with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your subscription to Locations on a Map, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • Only applies to your first subscription purchase
  • Refunds are processed for the full amount of your purchase
  • Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for refunds
  • Enterprise or custom plans may have different refund terms

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at matti@locationsonamap.com with your account details
  • Include "Refund Request" in your email subject line
  • Provide the email address associated with your account
  • Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Your account access will be terminated upon refund completion

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note:

  • Cancellations after the 14-day period will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription
  • You can continue using the service until the end of your paid period

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect:

  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
